30-Day Return Policy

At Margaret & Rose - London, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include your:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • The appropriate return address
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Any additional information required to complete your return

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging should be included where possible.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer support team.

As our fulfilment partners and return facilities may be located outside the United Kingdom, the designated return address may be located in Asia or another international location depending on the product purchased.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing from your order

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, we recommend:

  1. Requesting a return for the original item.
  2. Placing a new order for the desired item.

This is generally the quickest way to receive your replacement item.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 2–4 business days.
  • You will receive confirmation by email.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and card providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

To request a cancellation, please contact:

As orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests received after the 24-hour period may no longer be possible.

If an order has already entered processing or been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving their order in accordance with this Returns Policy.
